Sign in to your GatherPro workspace

Your workspace lives on your organization's own subdomain. Signing in takes you straight to your events dashboard.

Find your login page

Go to https://<your-organization>.gatherpro.events/portal/login — the same URL your administrator sent you. Replace your-organization with your subdomain.

Sign in

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Click Sign in.

You'll land on your organization's dashboard. If you opened your subdomain's homepage instead, use /portal/login directly — the homepage redirects to the main GatherPro site.

Reset a forgotten password

On the login page, click Forgot your password?, enter your email, and open the reset link sent to your inbox. Choose a new password and sign in again.

Change your password

After signing in, open your profile menu in the top-right and choose Change Password. Enter your current password and a new one, then save.
