Price tickets and ticket tiers

GatherPro supports both a single event price and multiple ticket tiers. Use the simplest option that matches how you want guests to register.

Set one ticket price

Open the event editor and use the Pricing section. Enter the amount in dollars, choose the currency, and leave the price empty or set it to zero for a free event.

Offer multiple tiers

Enable Use multiple ticket tiers, then add each ticket type with its name, price, and available quantity. Typical tiers include Early Bird, Standard, VIP, Adult, and Child.

Use availability to control sales

Give each tier its own quantity when you need a limited allocation. Keep the tier names clear so guests understand what access or benefits each price includes.

Review the guest view

Preview the registration page before publishing. Confirm the prices, currency, tier descriptions, and remaining quantities are correct, especially after changing an event that already has registrations.

Remember the payment requirement

Paid pricing is available only after your workspace has a connected Stripe account. Free events can still be published without payment processing.
