Connect your Stripe account

Stripe Connect sends paid event revenue to your own Stripe account. Connect it before publishing a paid event so guests can complete checkout without interruptions.

Open Payment Settings

In your workspace, open Settings → Payments and select Connect with Stripe. GatherPro redirects you to Stripe's secure onboarding flow.

Complete every required detail

Provide the requested business, personal, tax, and bank information. Stripe may ask for identity documents before it enables charges and payouts.

Return to GatherPro

After onboarding, return to Payment Settings and confirm the status shows Connected. A Pending Verification status means Stripe still needs information.

Check your payout destination

Open the connected account in Stripe to review payout timing and bank details. GatherPro automatically deducts the configured platform fee from each payment.

Keep your Stripe account details current. If verification expires or your account is disconnected, paid registration is unavailable until the connection is restored.
